because the TL17 version of gloss-korean.ldf contains a bug (see
unreliableTests).

All other "supported-languages" tests pass.

The developer guide has info on which environment variable must be set to
get a LaTeX log in the test log. Hopefully this will help to find out what's
going wrong.
