And this is nigh-impossible with ChangeLog files, especially with cumulative patches.
That's why I haven't submitted FormExternal yet, it can wait.
Unfortunately Allan's trick with diff doesn't work unless there is a blank
line at the start of each ChangeLog. I suppose patch could be patched to
be sloppy about certain named files, but I don't perl, so ...
