The not-attached patch fixes all sorts of stuff, and GUIIizes
the External form and FileDialog.
One thing of interest is a "fix" for the FL_TRANSIENT stuff.
This *should* ensure that iconified dialogs are brought
back up again - at least it seems a convention that
XMapWindow() has this effect. Annoyingly it seems OK at home,
but here I *still* cannot raise the main lyx window above
the dialog with kwm.
However, I don't feel so bad, because the installed lyx (1.0.4)
has the same problem, so this isn't a regression (perhaps
it's the version of xforms here, xforms-0.88-9).
Someone please apply, or at least look at it.
