There are two tickets, http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/9866 and http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/9931 I don't know whether they should count as duplicate or whether there are use cases for both (see the first error in the log + have the chance to examine the complete tmpdir if required). Maybe solving 9866 would be a good start -- it would definitely save a lot of work when examining test failures. Günter
