No this cannot happen now in insettabular (and I already explained this),
as there the inset has a fixed! or a unlimited length. The problems we have
right now is when the inset is limited by the width of the WorkArea (Window)!

Well did you think about that you cannot include some stuff inside a foot-
note inset without generating LaTeX errors (I limited this by the function
InsertInsetAllowed() which is called and so the inset is asked if it is
permitted to insert the inset there, but I guess the list is now not complete!
You know that one of the pro's to include the new tabular code inside 1.1.6
was also to test the text-insets in a limited environment. IMO the text
insets are working quite good there now, but as I said we HAVE problems with
other environments!
