* A first step is is to use the first half of the suggested fixes there
  (storing of Unicode and TeX font setting in the lyx file) to replace
  the "hidden" font replacement in the test scripts with a font setting
  in the source document.
  
  Then you still need to manually set "use non-TeX fonts", but no longer
  guess which font is actually used in the tests.
  
* A proper fix would be to fix Ticket #9931 (command line option to
  use/keep specified tempdir) and use this in the test scripts, so that
  the test would not just say: "there is an error" but also log the
  actuall reason for this error.
