This is due to the hidden font change in the test but not for
hand-exporting. 
*Latin* modern has no Cyrillic characters.

This is why I argue in 
http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/8035#comment:7
to ignore the polyglossia error: LyX's check for missing characters is more
accurate and fully sufficient.

OK. As this is a long existing polyglossia problem, it may be rather be a
font update or some other chagne in your setup or the test setup not
related to the TL update.
