Yes, that is because of the git mess. I think that I am not too stupid but git is nothing for me. Now after years it is still a mystery why e.g. often some files are not committed despite I selected them to be committed. Also often an older version from my tree is committed and not the latest one which I wanted to have in.

As I often wrote I would need a lecture on how to use Git. I mean I tried so often to get at least a cherry pick but fail again and again. Git is just unintuitive. When I had to break my work for LyX for some weeks and come back I forgot most things and since it is not intuitive I fail again.

However I will stop complaining because it is like it is.
