OK. So it seems like ideally we would have a button in the LaTeX error dialog if that dialog is shown. And if that dialog is not shown, then a separate dialog saying there was an error and then also having a button. I don't know how long this will take me to implement. Because I'm not sure how long the above will take me to implement, an easy temporary solution is to add an error dialog just saying there was an error, before the PDF is shown. This will be annoying (because there will now be that error *plus* the LaTeX error dialog) but it will address the dangerous possibility that a user does not realize there's an error. Unless someone objects to this, I will work on this temporary solution. Scott
