Paper Margins are not used?

Hi,

I'm running 1.2.0CVS (Jan. 17).

I can change the Paper margins in the Document Layout
dialog: Document Layout -> Paper

However, this seems to have no effect on the final
output (dvi and ps). For some reason the entered
margins for Top/Bottom/Left/Right are not used ?!?!?

Any idea why that is?
