Hi Xu, I'm not in the LyX core team, meaning that I cannot make decisions. For now, I only know the Sweave manual will be under the Help menu in 2.0.3, and the rest of things about knitr still need to wait for the approval of LyX core members (http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/7887). I have no idea if this is going to happen in 2.0.3; let's see if JMarc is able to review the ticket before then :)
