Either most people use the same bindings (CUA in english, for example)
and most hardcopies will be right, or many people use different
bindings and hardcopies will not be useful, whatevr convention you
follow.

I think having a documentation which reflects the current state of
your LyX version would be neat. We could also have an insets which
shows a menu entry... This would mean much less maintenance troubles
for documentation.

Anyway, I understand this is not the right timing to do that. Too bad.
