I have been using BibLatex+Lyx for a year or so and found it to be a big improvement over BibTex and Jurabib. I am using the hack described in the wiki (insert bibliography and put it in a Lyx note, load the biblatex module, declare your biblatex prefs/styles and files in the preamble). Citations can be inserted the Lyx Way (through the dialog box) or with Latex commands when fancier citations are needed (e.g., \citefulltitle{bibtexkey}) Is there any other functionality that would be provided with "full" Lyx support?
