And I would integrate it more into the LyX application. One of my goals is to make the installer for Mac obsolete.
It'd be great to have a platform-independent dictionary/thesaurus installation wizard.
Are you still planning to use Aspell for the LyX 2.0 Mac installers? On Windows I'm trying to switch to Hunspell which provides better spell checking and would allow us to use OpenOffice dictionaries.
