Well I don't know for linuxdoc_to_lyx, but the ascii_roff_command is
(will be again) needed to have a better ascii aproximation of tabulars,
as troff has a nice ascii export of tabulars (especially usefull for
multirow/paragraph cells) as I cannot handle all of this in the
simple ascii export I made by hand!
So the answer is this command IS (will be again) needed!
