Did I say this was a complete list? I don't want to add new dialogs
again till after 1.1.6. Finishing Preferences is however a priority for
before 1.1.6.
Making the preamble a part of the Document dialog should be
okay. Although I'd prefer to do away the preamble dialog entirely.
Possibly replacing it with a buffer that is fixed as LaTeX paragraphs.
