Nope. The change for xml is internal and its value comes from the 
possibilities it opens. If all goes well, as we intend, the user should not 
notice any visual difference.

What I am arguing is that the perceived changes can not be the only to change 
the version number. In that sense I like the methodology followed for firefox.
