not your patch's).
here, I think. Still, this is not going to be the normal case, so
there must be a way to handle it. E.g., check if the paragraph
language is the same as the buffer language and then, if so, redo
the whole thing. Otherwise, one can use what's cached.
I don't know really. It might be that I should revert the patch and
look for another way to fix the speed. The
speed did not _need_ to be fixed anyway, I think I only gained
something like 20% of the total (including updates).
This is not worth adding extra complexity.
