Log:
Add "Select Section" to outliner context menu.
OK, this is where I thought this was headed. If so, then it seems to
me that LFUN_SECTION_SELECT should not require the cursor to be in a
section heading thing.
I think I'm missing your point a bit. In general, I don't want to move
the cursor when executing commands from the context menu from the
outline. However, it is not always easy to accomplish this. In this
case, I think it is ok to set the cursor in the heading.
Couldn't we find the nearest section heading (using the toclevel or
something to be able to tell what a section heading is) and then start
from there?
Do you want to be able to put the cursor in plain text and execute the
section-select lfun manually ? I thought about this, but I felt that it
is not always clear what will happen. If the cursor is in the body of a
chapter, the whole chapter including all paragraphs will move selected,
while if the cursor is in a subparagaph in this chapter, it is only this
subparagraph that is selected (while it is in the same chapter).
This will be ununderstandable probably, but I chose to do nothing when
the cursor is not in a heading. I chose to force the user to explicitly
state what he would like to select.
