OK, this is where I thought this was headed. If so, then it seems to
me that LFUN_SECTION_SELECT should not require the cursor to be in a
section heading thing. Couldn't we find the nearest section heading
(using the toclevel or something to be able to tell what a section
heading is) and then start from there?
Yes. And that's how the outline lfuns work by the way. Would be nice to
make those lfuns reuse the shiny new LFUN_SECTION_SELECT by the way.
