OK, this is where I thought this was headed. If so, then it seems to me 
that LFUN_SECTION_SELECT should not require the cursor to be in a 
section heading thing. Couldn't we find the nearest section heading 
(using the toclevel or something to be able to tell what a section 
heading is) and then start from there?
