With one exception: in Math.lyx there is a formula that does not parse, but it won't display right either in my 1.6.2rc2, and I am not sure that it is well formed. It is right after the text: "The summand is now directly behind the summation operator:" Can you please take a look at it? Keep in mind that the results are not going to be pretty -- eLyXer still needs a lot of work until it does a good job with those documents. After all they contain most (if not all) of LyX features.
