I did not see that you removed english from the language file, otherwise
I would have put it back :). Obviously I added it as:
{ "english", N_("English"), false, &iso8859_1, "en" },
(and not N_("American") ;)
BTW.: did you notice that I changed your french canadian to frenchc
as in your file you had a double "canadian" language and this
is no good. If you want I also change "canadian" (for english)
to "englishc", but that is for canadian to decide (I guess there
will be different opinions depending if the Canadian is from
Quebeq or the rest of Canada :)
