LyX 1.5.7 should be ready to go

I've committed a fix for the remaining lyx2lyx problem at r27390, for 
trunk. Turned out to be a silly bug. Jurgen, you can commit to branch if 
this seems OK to you. I've tested it with both the User Guide and the 
Customization manual.
