I do not know why those two lines are being deleted. I do not know why
lyx2lyx is even messing with that caption.
The problem is that lyx2lyx is messing with the table float. Should it
even be touching that? Perhaps the problem is that it's finding a table
inside the float and half trying to treat that as a subfloat? In any
event, it's not doing the right thing here.
