p.s. This slowness is the one in how characters are input on screen. When it reaches to an extreme, I have to wait almost one second after *one* character is input from the keyboard.
Before that I was using an input method to input characters, so it may be related to interaction between lyx and input method. But after slowness accumulates, it is still slow to input Latin characters anyway.
