note that this is not necessary situtation on linux (and i'm still talking
about the users).

seeing the current 1.6 delays adding new hindrances for the official release
seems to be bad idea :)

looking at the download page i see somebody changed the order. originally
the source code was the first section. maybe we should put it back.
