In my opinion the current wiki content should be something like a separate "community" section, not a part of the official web. But I think using the same template (with the wiki functions enabled) and technology is a good thing. It will also make linking from the community content to the official content easier.

In addition, I would suggest to give all developers the rights to modify the official content, so we can work together to prevent the site from getting as outdated as it is right now.

what are you talking about? everybody with trunk commit access has web commit access too.

I only wanted to say that we should keep it this way for the new wiki CMS accounts.
