Mostly I use the merged build of cmake, means one compile unit
for support, one for qt4, one for lyx, .... This breaks sometimes
the file-only scope of declarations, for instance this file-only
lyx::slit in FunctionRequest.cpp.
But I don't think someone not using the merged build, have to
care about it. When something breaks this build, I just fix it
the next time using it. Because, it seems I'm the only one
who prefers short build times ;)
