I think I know what is going on. Lyx inserts a bunch of hard-coded \bind after all bind files are read. When the apply button is pressed, all bindings are removed, and the bind files are re-read, but the hard-coded ones are not. The question is, why do not we insert those bindings to a 'common.bind' file? Bo
