I'd agree if you mentioned Angus or Allan, but I doubt Abdel was
involved too deeply with LyX GUII stuff (even if he might be one of the
few still living understanding the current state...)

Note that I have not changed anything in the concept. I just merged one
comparatively slim intermediate layer into the two adjacent ones.
