No, I think Uwe means in the "Document Settings" dialog.
I don't understand the last sentence about 'former encoding settings',
but maybe the relevant people will?
When you embedded CJK snippet in a latin language document, you add to
enclose the snippet in two ERT. This is not needed anymore as this now
done automatically by LyX. But document using the ERT trick need to be
cleaned up (the ERT needs to be removed).
