I have played around a lot with LyX 1.5.0 beta 2 on Windows XP, and although
there still are some shortcomings (as mentioned here:
http://www.mail-archive.com/lyx-devel@lists.lyx.org/msg116276.html) I am really
impressed.
LyX 1.5.0 is absolutely awesome! Especially the new toolbars system, the
dockable view LaTeX source and the dockable TOC are really impresssive.
A great thanks too all LyX developers.
If I had any stocks in MacKichan Software, Inc., the developers of Scientific
WorkPlace (SWP), I would sell them immediately.
They will not survive this blow. LyX is outperforming SWP.
Again, a great THANKS too all LyX developers for this awesome software. Keep up
the good work.
