As described in bug 3339 http://bugzilla.lyx.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3339we have two Date input methods that should be merged. I don't have a good idea how but something should be done as it's confusing: I'm currently writing a new part of the docs describing the date stuff but whatever I write the reader would be confused.
Any ideas? regards Uwe
