I have already made some tentative contacts on getting LyX (and the whole pdflatex toolchain; pdflatex is already available) to the Maemo platform (Nokia's 770 and 800 internet tablets). This could be done using Qt, which some people are said to have already running, or using the more native GTK -- which would then have to be finished. This would be for GSoC2007. I and hopefully some Finnish corporate partner would do the mentoring (but you're all welcome :-) Let's make sure we co-ordinate any proposals we make. - Martin
