If we ever do this (it requires some resources for a mentor project
side), I'd suggest that we keep this to clear visible features. Like
improved/reworked index system f.ex. Not to core project wide changes
like the file format.
Would the ability to export/import ODF-documents or MS Word documents be
considered a core feature?
Even if the GSoC 2007 is out of the question, we could start gathering
ideas for GSoC 2008 :-)
