It depends. If there is a _windows_ _only_ thing that cannot be done
with qt 4.1 it is OK. If it just that you'd love to play with the new
QRoundedGlowingWindow because it is there, the answer is probably "no".

We do not want to have two code bases just because we can. I do not
think that the fact that LyX 1.4 can compile with qt 3.0 really
hampered its development.
