The layout file format should allow for these, and the use should be
able to choose them. That requires an inset dialog.

It's a bit of extra work. I warned against going for caption inset at
this point in time as you may remember. Still, I see as advantage a
better overall structure with less special casing in the LyX core. Even
if it means more code.

It doesn't look nice now because it is not ready. Selection should be
fixed, DEPM, and I also feel that the frame box should be around the
label too. That's what I meant by 'immature'.

But don't worry, Abdel will fix it ;-)
