Joost's ZIP file contains ALL libraries needed (as you have already found out
by yourself).
I copied the relevant libs to build-msvc/bin.
Hey, you are the perfect man to update INSTALL.Win32!!!
Yes, I plan to send a patch for this bit as well. Then I'll see about
switching to CMAKE instead of SCons.
I'll wait though till GMane comes up again - I read this list through it
and right now it doesn't seem to be working for me.
