Yes, that's what I meant. The problem is that I don't know what's there
to translate. In a koma-script or article layout, here is what
layout->labelstring() gives inside 'expandLabel()':
raw fmt: \arabic{chapter}.\arabic{section}
raw fmt: @[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Am I right here that there is nothing to translate?
For the 'report' layout' we can have something like this:
raw fmt: Chapter \arabic{chapter}
raw fmt: \arabic{chapter}.\arabic{section}
Here, is it right that the only translatable part is the word "Chapter"?
If yes, wouldn't it be possible to translate that word once and for all
at layout loading? Then we could avoid translateLabel() altogether.
