I don't know myself how to do that...
but I agree that it makes sense
as a default binding.
Is there a step by step recipe to add these bindings by default?
Btw, in Opera, Ctrl-Tab pops up a list of the tabs
and you can use Ctrl-Tab/Ctrl-Shift-Tab to navigate the list as long as
you keep Ctrl pressed. That works well for me.
That would be nice but I don't think this will happen soon...
