In case this was not clear I consider this to be the general rule, any new featurelet should be backed by three developers, for the next cycle that goes to four and so on.

In practice this is the same as saying "No feature from now on".


I am considering Ugras as a developer in his own right, I am simply applying my own criteria to this case, as long as I don't oppose the feature (for whatever reason) and there are several developers (this number increases anytime we tag/make a release) supporting the code, it can be committed.

If you back this feature as well that makes three developers and the code can be committed.

I don't have the time nor the knowledge (which is the same actually) to back this feature, sorry.
