  In case this was not clear I consider this to be the general rule, any new 
featurelet should be backed by three developers, for the next cycle that goes 
to four and so on.

  I am considering Ugras as a developer in his own right, I am simply applying 
my own criteria to this case, as long as I don't oppose the feature (for 
whatever reason) and there are several developers (this number increases 
anytime we tag/make a release) supporting the code, it can be committed.

  If you back this feature as well that makes three developers and the code 
can be committed.
