Here is what I wrote:

------------------------
I'll go one step further: I want to have a unix packaging maintainer for
1.5 (like we have for mac and windows) who is responsible for

- coordinating the creation of spec files for .deb and .rpm

- coordinating a network of people who can provide binaries for
  various platforms.

- provide all necessary up to date resources (web pages, whatever) to
help all unix user to get this qt4 thingy up and running in a way
that is compatible with how the platforms normally works.

This is more than the service we provide now for 1.4, but now is a
good time to do it.
--------------------------

As you see, I may have asked a bit more than what is really necessary,
but these are the things I would like to see.

Abdelrazak> That's not true, I am willing to accept some compromise

I got mixed between what you are willing to accept and what you would
like to do. What you propose here is fine with me.

We are friday, you know... I do not really believe that (even though
we are friday, it is safer to make it clear!).
