This I have already acknowledged, but we should already now begin to
ditch compilers that are not moving in the right direction. No point
in supporting gcc 2.7.2.x f.ex.

Workarounds fro compiler lacking in support for member templates or
partial spesialiation os ok, workarounds for compilers that does not
understand templates at all is not.
