I'm stumped. I've managed to force the letter class, with a huge
preamble, to come up looking like a resume, with a nice typeface for
the name&address on the initial page, an upper left label on later
pages, and email/web formatted at the bottom of the first page. But a
few things come up:

1) the only thing I could find to use for headers was "description,"
with hard spaces to separate words.

2) i seem to be stuck with letter class so that I can have left &
center headers & footers. For that matter, i don't see a way to set
them at all in other classes.

3) I'd normally exdent rather than indent these paragraphs, like this
one . Latex seems to leave no way to do this other than to make
the left margin smaller, use negative indent, and \nodent on every
"first" paragraph--every description & the paragraph after it.

4) Once \headheight is set to accomodate the header on the first page,
it won't reset. I've tried in the footers for the first page, and even
in the text itself.

5) \vspace refuses to work in the first line of the document. if I
put a hard space before it, and hard spaces on their own lines
afterwards, it begins working.

I've attacked the file, but it will probably come out funny looking for
expecting the parkave font.
