Read miyata's mail and do not know his mail address. I have seen the 
Jananese lyx patch page and think it is the good solution. Have not tried 
Yu-Chung Wang's patch but I remember I have seen some web page showing 
the screenshot of a Chinese lyx working when the lyx was in the 0.10.7 
stage. The point is that the developing of the multi-lang support in lyx 
should not be disturbed by my patch (this is unlikely to happen :), my 
patch is just a temp work around ).
