When I load up a revtex file with the latest lyx, I get an error message that
it can't delete the Subparagraph* style. Which makes sense, because there's a
NoStyle Subparagraph* in revtex.layout, but stdstarsections.inc no longer
contains the Subparagraph* environment. I checked CVSweb, but I guess the
change was made before The Crash.
Anyway, just wanted to ask what's going on. I assume we just need to get rid
of the line in revtex.layout, but I wanted to make sure. I notice that the
NoStyle Subparagraph* and NoStyle Paragraph* have been commented out in
amsart.layout.
