Please tell me what you had to do. I'll switch configure to use
autoconf 2.13 for 1.0.1 and this has better support for things like
adding .exe to executable names. etc.
What configure are you talking about? the min one or the one in lib/?
I am interested in ficing both.

There is a rather long list of people to which the PR will be sent. I
do not remember who is on it exactly.
