Look at it from the POV of a document manager trying to get input for a
corporate report from dozens of departments. Even if he/she provides a
template in word, they are going get cute and screw it up. Structured
writing has the same advantages of as structured programming. OK, so
they still can't write, at least it looks presentable :)
